Petra's last few collabs have been good. I like Finana but I don't watch her a ton.
>>19958709Yep! The threat of "no more localization" is always there. I grew up having to hunt down playable VNs with decent translations and so did most of the of the Western VN playing fanbase. These are people who have no trouble finding a fan translation and it means that they're ALREADY close to not paying for the game, they may be somewhere already where that is possible. Make it $40 and then a lot of people won't.
I'm willing to fucking pay, I love VNs and I wish they were more popular than they are, but they have themselves to blame partially. That's why I love listening to Petra nerd out over Otome games, it is so rare.
I'm used to it though. It is so much easier to find what I want now, but Shmups and VNs probably won't be "popular" genres ever again.
