The caveat is that everything that runs on cycles we can't easily understand without special equipment (very large stuff like the stars, and very small stuff like atomic spin) is about three times faster. This also means chuubas graduate that much faster, so don't get too attached.
More importantly, this causes problems with any dimensiongate that uses an atomic clock to function. I'd recommend using something rather archaic like a quartz clock or even a one-second pendulum to make sure nothing goes wrong.
DO NOT mess up the subdimension entering. Most modern gates have a function that drops you into the main dimension if you type in a subdimension that doesn't exist, but here, that's a world of entirely superheated plasma. Even if you don't die, your gate certainly will.
