I'm certain there'd still be some delays and/or reshuffling, but right now the image is "Anycolor fucked up and didn't acknowledge this correctly, so sponsors are now choosing to fuck off" which is bad for business.
If they had done the apology correctly and just suspended him for a bit, it at least shows some sincerity in addressing the issue and the companies may have been more inclined to just delay things (if that was an option) or otherwise, and the public perception wouldn't be nearly as bad while the outcomes for Lauren would still have been the same (No streaming for X period of time). Now, they kinda have the worst of both worlds.
