Many Holos have already said it before, but Cover doesn't force or offer the talents anything. Usually the manager would send out a survey asking the talents what kind of sponsors/collabs they are interested in, and the talents can choose which type of merch runs/shill streams they want to do. Since La+ is a Marvel/DC fag and maybe she has a really good manager, she got chosen for this deal.
Other Holos do get sponsored too. Korone is the de facto Sega shill Holo. Noel/Pekora get all the Squeenix streams. Flare gets the Capcom deal. Polka/Mio get the Cytube gacha stuff.
So if you don't see your oshi shilling stuff, either she's not applying herself or she's not interested.
