Now, I know she's not really a top vtuber, but isn't she popular enough to get some English clippers? Coco had similar content and a million more English clips.

Because clippers are subhumans who only chase money. They farm clicks, not curate content, Kson will generate less clicks than an active holomem, so they don't bother. Mikeneko is getting attention because she's still moderately big news and people are excited to see what she does next but that attention will fade over time just like Kson's did unless she can come up with ways to keep being relevant.
