While I seriously do like Vampire Survivors myself so I don't really mind it being the FotM right now (t. mostly holofag), the roguelite I'd actually want to see them play (and potentially get addicted to it somewhat) is Risk of Rain 2.
If they already get satisfied with the feeling of power you can get in VS, then RoR2 would finally make sure that none of them are being whores, because they'd finally find something literally better than sex.

Even though I got issues with Northern Inferno's plot (so much railroading and making your actions not matter) It seemed like a safer campaign due to being set in the 70s but still NATO vs USSR.
