If you’re a guy vtuber, the quickest path to success is to pander with fujo shit

If you’re a 3D guy vtuber, the quickest path to success is to be a brotuber

Therefore, very few good brotubers would actually choose to be vtubers cause it’s a step down for their channel growth. I bet it is possible to have a good brotuber vtuber, I just don’t think anyone good enough to do that has the incentive to do it.
