Peoples lives will be lost in war, but there's a duty of care on the command staff to spend those lives carefully, only when absolutely necessary, and the for maximum impact to complete tactical and strategic objectives.
Those poor fucking paratroopers burning up in two plans and those helos, sent needlessly to their deaths.... for what tactical objective? Because no one knows how to coordinate across branches? Because the airforce is too fucking scared, or too hollowed out by corruption, to actually send in planes to obtain air superiority?
Those paratroopers didn't deserve it.
None of these grunts on the ground of either side deserve to die in this absolute shitshow of a war.
