Accents come from the community a person grows up in. The exception being if the communities and races are grown while being kept in a bubble (segregation), making shit like that happen.

I know this is a joke, but here's one.
Clippers were just calling her "Black Vtuber" for a while, but I think she chimped out at them for it, so they had to stop.
