Then get a goal in life. No matter how unrealistic it is, you need a goal. If you dont have one you're a literal fucking breeding stock and a replacable cog for the machine that is our society.
Think about yourself, what makes you want to an hero. There is a source for it, and no matter how uncomfortable it is, unless you accept that something in your past mightve caused you some emotional trauma, and that it still affects you to do this day, you wont be able to get rid of these feelings.
Stop being so harsh on yourself. Very few human beings can constantly operate at 100%. You need breaks. Take your time. Slow and steady wins the race, bursts only get you exponentially more tired with each one.
Pick up a hobby that you like. You need a way to relieve stress. If you have to force yourself to do it, its propably not good for you (unless its work).
Lay off any stims besides caffeine, also any downers besides alcohol too. Its fine to have a cup of coffee in the morning and down a bottle or a beer every once in a while, but anything more and youre asking yourself for trouble.
If you hate someone dont bottle it up, no matter who it is, a friend, your dad, a politician, some nigger, or some race. Its ok to feel anger and hatred, its ok to lust for someone, its ok to want to scream at the top of your lungs, its ok to be obsessed over someone or something.
Dont feel guilty about it.
Find a clear line between real and fake. If youre a schizo by decision stop immediately. You dont owe them anything/you dont need to listen to them or please them and be faithful to them in any way. Its all in your mind and it only fuels your internal cycle of self hatred.
Dont try to be a lion, if your destiny is to be a tiger or a dragon.
