On and off tourist here. I mostly only visit when drama hits so forgive me if I’m missing something about the board. Figured I’d ask why no one on the board ever seems to talk about Juniper Actias. She seems like an amusing enough vtuber and I’m certain the board doesn't have rules against American vtubers, so what is it that makes her go under the radar around these parts?
