Kinda, or at least make it a bit more transparent. Closest I can think of is Obake Pam Ch, who at least in her early streams acted like a taundere girlboss CEO and her watchers and members as employees. Zatsudans were board meetings. Don't know if her personality and streams would interest you, but something to get an idea of what I mean

Not really. It mostly depends on how you approach it.
If you lie by saying stuff like "I do these for you guys" or some sappy shit, while actually just in it for the money, then NO. But you better at least make sure you hide your intentions. If you just clearly laid it straight and tell your possible audience that you're in it for the money, then it's not really wrong since there's no actual rule for treating it solely as a money-making job.
