The answer you will get is that youtubers are paid about $4 for every 1000 views on their video.
So someone like Mori, who gets 600,000 views per day on her videos, is making about $72,000 per month on just ad revenue. Mori is estimated to have 10,000 members, so that's $50,000 a month. So just on youtube revenue alone, superchats only constitute about 17% of Mori's earnings.
