C is unrealistic because spanish speakers never fucking superchat, just like the russians.
She's at least done some english learning streams and can read english comments in chat. She also likes/reads every comment in her videos. If only she'd tweet in english or collaborate with a bilingual english/japanese streamer like Pikamee she could do quite well.
