Streamers literally should be streaming by themselves 98% of the time and interacting only with chat. Streamers being friends with and interacting with other streamers is fucking cringe, leads to shit drama and never even results in good stream content. They're fucking tv shows, not real people nobody gives a fuck about their lives.
But drama gets them views and money unfortunately that's why they interact with it and get involved and react to it. And there's no culture or control in place to stop it like actual vtubers were meant to have.

A thing that I noticed a long time ago was that Bunny and VShojo (she used to collab with a bunch of them even before that group was made) just basically stopped interacting with each other. a) often people assume that things like this are isolated incidents and that bringing it up will only make them look like drama hound.
b) the cost of calling out someone "famous" is a steep one, particularly when their audience is rabid and the project the uwu soft waifu image. Doing a callout has a greater chance of ruining the victim rather than the accused.

Previously it was assumed that they drifted apart after DND ended in March of last year, but it turns out that Layna also debuted in March and became friends with Silver a couple of months later. All this is going to do is shut him off from being able to collab with anybody, but let's be real if you were him you probably wouldn't interact with anyone else after this shit.
