I like the idea of Sora being treated as a Vatican city and mediator for disputes between nations. Though would anyone here be willing to be that sort of representative? But it might be moot since decisions are made by a committee of active threads.

At the very least, would it be alright to set up a port city in Sora in order to allow /rbc/ to travel your country and vice versa? They've been more or less banished to the north, and would need to use a ship to get to sora in a timely manner.
