I know a lot of people including me love her to the point that the model doesn't bother them, some might even like the model, but as someone said before it kinda just depends on if IRyS likes the model or not. The only real problems I can think of is that it is extreamly hard to deal with(ex. the hair) and not very similar to others

It's a toss up. If we are talking about rariemon, his work has either been excellent or subpar. There is no inbetween with him. He is still working with Hololive and is very busy. Thus his work can be inconsistent at times. As far as Redjuice, the only thing that I dislike about him is the fact he took 8 months to make an IRyS fanart. But yeah. Better late than never.

You can use Gura and all of her designer's other creations as an example. Models have the sameface syndrome so you can tell how much the rigging affects everything. If IRyS had same rigger as Kronii, she would probably have a more fluid motion from the get-go. The dude was probably given pointers to just focus on certain parts and make everything else stiff.

Other than the hair movement I don't see anything wrong with her rigging - she even has one of the best mouth ones. They improved the hair lately too.
