Going through all the information and the behavior of everyone involved until now, I somehow have the feeling that many in Cover didn't really want to terminate Rushia, they were used to her outbursts by then, just one more day in the office and the Fes was way too close, most were probably willing to just hide the dust under the rug.

Probably, there was some pressure from a sponsor that didn't like the the situation and had enough influence to put the 3rd Fes in risk, but that's just my personal rrat.

The gravity of the situation is really difficult to comprehend given how nebulous the information we have is.
On one hand A-chan said that had Cover been a smaller company they'd have been able to forgive her, on the other hand they still fired a top talent weeks before a massive event costing them hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Thing is that the whole Korekore leak went through, it's no difficult to imagine a sponsor caught up with the situation and wanted answers when that many people were on the drama stream. Still, in the end, that was a misdjudgement on Rushia's part.

If such situation were to happen, losing hundred of dollars on removing her from the Fes would be preferably than a potential Fes cancelling.
