In any of the better clubs, buying a hostess' time doesn't give you the right to fuck them. In fact, it doesn't even give you the right to touch them. While it's certainly possible to score with a hostess if it doesn't go against her club's policy (some don't allow their cast to date customers) AND she likes you, popular hostesses don't sleep with just anyone because they understand that exclusivity is part of what makes them desirable. Going to a bar and getting a girlfriend that puts out on the first date is unironically far easier than having sex with a proper hostess.
