https://www.m-messe.co.jp/organizers/static/images/guide/exhibitionhall/InternationaExhibitionHallsPriceList.pdfThis is the rental rates for the halls. Cover rented Hall 1 to 3 for 2 days, both for the duration that equal to or less than 12 hours (open at ~9 AM JST, close at ~4 PM JST) so the rate used is 1,149,230 Yen for a hall. Multiply it by 6 (3 halls and 2 days) and you get to total of 6,895,380 Yen for the most basic expense. Keep in mind that this doesn't include electricity and other bills stated on the page 2 of that document.
https://www.m-messe.co.jp/organizers/static/images/guide/eventhall/MakuhariEventHallPriceList.pdfThis is the rental rates for the Event Hall, the one they used for the concert. Since the purpose of renting the Event Hall was for recreation purposes, the rate used is 2,750,000 Yen a day, bringing it to 5,500,000 Yen for both days. Similar to above, this doesn't count the fees for also renting out the lighting and sound devices.
Combining these two, Cover spent a minimum of 12,395,380 Yen for renting the place.
https://www.m-messe.co.jp/saved/files/news/b3/52/a97632f729983adc0f4599bff463c3a978ceb352.pdfThis is a document explaining the capacity permitted for using those halls during the coof period. I'm pretty sure Cover didn't have on-the-spot PCR check for coof during the event so it falls under the maximum capacity of 5k attendees.
Assuming 5k people did attend the event for both days since the tickets for both days, both the expo and concert were sold out, we could calculate how much Cover made by tickets alone. Assuming the bare minimum of 8,000 Yen for a day (the price for Expo+Concert ticket, obviously they're limited and not all 5k people fall under this but I'm calculating the minimum value here), Cover made 8,000 x 2 x 5,000 = 80,000,000 Yen from the attendees alone. This doesn't include the merchs and food sold inside the venue, of course.
Sorry for the long post.
