I think I know how to do it. The BPD is a major factor in that it influences her to conduct herself like in a callous fashion. Yet what makes it go rather toxic is that her high competitive drive is coupled with issues around self-worth. Her own fear and insecurity over her ability to get what she wants motivates her to be brusque with People when it comes to her time and projects. Lets be fair, she might have been rude with People but she hasn't gone out of her way to wreck anyone else's career or get them canceled. It seems the outcome at this rate will be that People will be reluctant to work with her but she will still retain a following.

What might help her though? For her redemption stream, she should embrace her French identity. If her self-loathing is motivated by being French, then it would be a big help if she went to the effort to do a stream where she forces herself to explore French Culture and only lets herself say good things about her heritage. If she can find a positive sense of self in that, it will go a long towards her not feeling that she's just an artist or vtuber but something more that she can be proud of. Thoughts?
