I've seen multiple streamers who are pretty good at Dark Souls take 5+ hours to beat her using pretty meta builds, just no summons, so 10 hours isn't unreasonable. Good for her having the patience to keep it up.

Hayama regularly does streams in excess of 12 hours. Just does one stream, goes offline, starts another.
One time her mother had to carry her out of her room because she played splatoon for over 20 hours and her legs went completely numb.

Took me about 8 over the course of two days, golden halberd, no summons, no bloodhound step, no bleedscumming, refused to change my playstyle after not compromising for the rest of the game. It's hard in addition to the bullshit and taking this long isn't unusual
