It kinda reminds me in an opposite way of what happened with this music video

But even shortly after his upload when he noticed it reaching half a million views he pinned an apologetic comment about how it might have taken attention away from Jack Stauber and made a bunch of reasonable and appreciative statements about Stauber and also Yuasa
I feel like this is the right way to make derivative content and show credit in case your video suddenly blows up
