Menace from CyberLive feels like lite menhara. She's constantly stuttering and dropping her spaghetti feels like she doesn't know what she's supposed to be doing half the time. But I don't think she's properly menhara.
MEW Horizon from AikoAir is probably closer. She talked about her genitals her first two streams, and recently admitted to popping Ritalin as a pick me up. No one sane goes that yab straight out the gate and plays controversy Russian roulette by admitting to abusing (legal, but very abusable) drugs.
FallenShadow is an indie who has a pretty menhara past, from what threads say, but she doesn't really act too menhara in her actual day-to-day streams.
