- It's good to have a lawyer when running a business.
- A glimpse of the kinds of shit clients can pull, dragging their feet and, as a result, dragging the company.
- Keep a level head; try not to let emotions get the best of you.
- Don't befriend clients; don't step into their world and, in any way, develop a relationship that is more than necessary for business.
- If client decides they don't want to speak with a certain member of staff, oblige them, but keep communications active amongst staff.
