aloe was being harassed by niji schizos around the time gen 5 was announced but the convenient timing of Nene's tweet allowed said antis to blame Nene for it. which, even if it were true that Nene "doxed her gen," wouldn't explain the harassment Aloe received leading to her graduation if none of the other members of generation 5 or Hololive in general are receiving such harassment even though people know their roommates.
the point is that the claim that "Nene doxed herself and her gen" simply isn't true and makes Nene look like a bad person. it's the lie that nijis spread to take the blame off themselves for what happened to Aloe and assign that blame conveniently onto Nene. and when you oversimplify what actually happened like that it makes it look like it's Nene's fault even though she did nothing wrong. it's not a good thing to spread, especially to newcomers.
