>>20951897I see, looks like i misunderstood from his tweet here
https://twitter.com/minaserioch/status/1506885093549215750 because he said the replies(to ID3) he thought out in English is much more exaggerated than in Japanese, so I thought he typed it himself. In this case he probably worded the sentence in Japanese in a more exaggerated way and then translated it to English.
This explains why his replies were terrible, goddamn. Please at least translate this from normal Japanese, this is not how translation works. Machine translation is already bad enough that it already makes me cringe and this guy thought it was a good idea to write in some fancy Japanese and then translate it.
Now I feel very tempted to let him know about this because my N1 brain is getting mindbreak from not being able to understand how "Fancy" his Japanese was to actually end up like this.
He really needs to stop doing this in the future, it's definitely not going to end up well. I followed him in the first place because I was very excited when I knew he was replying in at least congruent English before this(for a Japanese).
>>20952706 >It's a good thing his manager can't understand what he's saying because otherwise he would already be in trouble. Totally, see what I wrote above
