That greynig is clearly a first time chatter, and you probably don't know this, but there's a mark that shows streamers that they're first time chatters. Responding immediately to those people give the incentive of a sub, if they didn't already, and increases the chance of a supercatto. This system is both in Youtube and Twitch.

There is nothing more pathetic than faggots who pay 5$ a month and think that they are some kind of a intellectual elite, and all the "greys" are just shitting up the chat. I was following some chuubas from the beginning and saw many of those spamming retards become members, while also seeing completely normal grey comments that sometimes contributed more to the chat than a mindless member emote spamming.

No but I'd say that apart from emojis that a large portion of the Asian viewership can be ruled out in terms of spamming in chat since their culture naturally makes them shy away from being loud and vocal. Americans are pretty much the opposite so with that in mind the largest portion of chat interaction and spam for gura can be traced back to the burger community.
