I mean really grill them hard for every single minor mistake or awkward moment or social faux pas, really make them question their self worth as a human being. It's fun to do one on one in streams with no viewers but I usually prefer a small audience. I've seen at least eight channels permanently stop streaming after I'm done with them (I like to keep tabs on them).
