I've been spending weeks thinking about whether the back and forth between Hololive and Nijisanji fans is more like the back and forth between Yankees and Red Sox fans or between Yankees and Mets fans. I have been lurking many corpowar threads, analyzing the tone of the posts, comparing them to those from the aforementioned fanbases, and constructing arguments for both sides in my brain.
