YuGiOh is fun IMO but magic is more fun, although recently WOTC has been doing some dumb shit by printing powercreep cards into Modern (The premier "Eternal" format, which means no rotation) but Pioneer is fun (another eternal format, but with only more recent sets basically cards from 2013 and onward)
Standard can be fun depending on the time, rotation can be good or bad.
I'd say try Arena if you want to get a feel, but don't do any Alchemy or histoic stuff just stick to standard until they add Pioneer to Arena and fix the shitty economy in the game
