She needs to take a step back and realize where she is and where she needs to get.
She needs to work on her delivery a lot, trying to keep dead air to a minimum, to engage the chat more or fill the air with any random topics from her past, just talk about any random shite. (she can do that to an extent now, but there's still a lot of awkwardness she could improve on)
Streaming itself is not all that easy if you want to maintain a decent audience, and being in the likes of Nijisanji, Hololive, 774 and so on is more than just streaming, it's singing, it's merch, recording, meetings, organizing schedules and so on.
She definitely has potential there, but she needs more work. Joining a company would only kill her passion for it and throw her in to a disastrous mental state.
It's kinda similar to the whole "never turn your hobbies in to a job" saying - for a lot of people it can take something they love and make them utterly despise it with a passion.
