Pekora April fools stream shows the establishment of different sides being drawn at Hololive.
Subaru has a policegirl skit, where she calle other hologirls, and roasts them. This shows she has synergy with them, because they Will Let her:
>Use some of their Time just to be a Static jpg on somebody elses show.
>Let that somebody else roast them and questions their shit for some Time.
Now, for Pekora's stream, Pekora needed:
>New background (or Photoshopped one with rabbit people skulls)
>New avatar designed, and rigged.
>Some people to come on the stream and talk nice things about her (or give her a roast)
So why no Subaru police skit?
This was a show of popularity, to demostrate Pekora's ability to have synergy with other idols, and show that she can steal other Holo´s skits, and still get away with it.
