For girls I absolutely need some classic shoujo designs like Riyoko Ikeda or Naoko Takeuchi or even Clamp. That may be hard to rig, but Kazuko Tadano's TV Sailor Moon would be way easier. Given their age I doubt it's ever going to happen, though.
I would, however, expect Atsushi Nishigori to draw a Hololive chuuba at some point. As a huge idolfag and the creator of Idolmaster he'd surely be interested to design a soon-to-be idol. Although I prefer his Panty & Stocking and I fucking wish that there were more non-standard designs the Imas ones would sell much better.
I'd fucking wish for a Shoko Ikeda design (Haruhi, Hibike Euphonium) or Futoshi Nishiya (Hyouka, Free, Koe no Katachi) but both died in the 2019 KyoAni arson.
When it comes to ikemen or less girly/feminine females then my vote is for Kinako (Bishounen Tanteidan, Gachaman Crowds) [pic rel], Yoshiyuki Itou (Vanitas no Carte, Space Dandy, Soul Eater), Sushio (Kill la Kill) or Masaru Sakamoto (Gridman/Dynazenon) and I think that the possibility for Cover to get them is rather high.
When it comes to men only I prefer packed, bold, masculine designs and the ones I know would be either too expensive for Cover, are dead or I just don't know anybody else.
I'm not into gachas or "regular" famous artists so my knowledge about the most accessible ones is very limited, saddly.
As for the westerners I'd wish for already mentioned Vanripper (Helltaker), oh8 (Skullgirls) or anybody who can resemble that vintage animation artstyle like in Cuphead. I'd nut if somebody pushed Genndy Tartakovsky (Primal Season, Samurai Jack, 2003 Clone Wars) to design a chuuba. I don't know who's responsible for character designs from 2019 Harley Quinn but that would do the job. For lower people who'd definitely be interested there's Vivziepop (Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss) but she comes in with a package of drama already.
