The NijisanjiEN twitter account tweeted out that their auditions for new talents where open, 13 hours later, the Hololive account tweets out that they're opening auditions for EN male talents for a future HolostarsEN branch.
The all out war comment is in response to this, its implying that Nijisanji and Hololive will be in all out war in regards to finding decent male talents, or just talents period since Nijisanji's auditions are open to men and women.
