However, if you're talking monetarily, ya, she doesn't need Hololive to support herself or her family. Ina has been through some very tough times in the past couple years.
One telling thing is Ao-chan. He used to be very prevalent in chat, always there, always responding, always moderating. Ina would talk about him all the time too. VERY good chance he was actually her IRL boyfriend.
Then... he disappeared and she stopped talking about him. Happened almost over night. About 4-5 months into her career with Hololive. Not had to extrapolate what happened.
Whether Ao-chan is a he or a she and either a boyfriend or a close female friend is irrelevant. What DOES matter is that Ao-chan is basically never mentioned unless chat brings them up and you can see Ina very quickly moving the conversation past them to something else.
