>>21299291I don't understand this mindset, do you want to be hired to work for them or do you just want to force them to watch your cringe audition video?
If Nijisanji is more selective in which videos they watch but less selective in who they actually hire then you have a better chance of getting in. Sure, you might get ignored, but you just keep trying and eventually they will watch your video due to random chance and you may get your foot in the door. Meanwhile for Hololive you can send an application dozens of times and get watched every single time and yet still won't get hired if you don't meet their minimum sub/viewer requirements.
To be honest I see this kind of thinking all over /asp/ and it seems fucking retarded. /asp/ies whine that their audition didn't get watched or they didn't get any feedback as if these companies need to tell you what you're doing wrong. If you need to be told then you're ngmi. The ones they want to hire are people like Alban who autistically watch their own vods and diligently try to improve themselves without needing to be told. Developing skills and growing your channel inbetween auditions pays off way more than trying to optimize the clickbait factor of your application to force them to waste time watching your video.
Even if your goal is exclusively Hololive you shouldn't fixate on getting your audition watched or not, it's not a system you're trying to game, they want to hire the most qualified person. If you have no qualifications you'll just be universally hated like Sana for being incompetent at your job.
