A lot of the Japanese chuubas are already washed up "talents" that couldn't make it far enough into their respective careers to stay relevant before they got too old.
Also, most of the twitch streamers have 0 real life skills and have to make this last as long as possible. And people like Mori will be fucked too as soon as their "fans" jump to the next bandwagon because "Japanese rap" isn't something you can live long term off.

streaming? i'm sure the ones with the most hardcore gachis can keep riding the wave after graduation, at least for a while. look at coco.

voice work? also a possibility for the ones that have range and acting skills.

music? it's hard to say. you'll definitely carry over some of your previous fans but your name and brand association matter a lot in an industry like that and it's difficult to just guess how big of a hit you'll take by breaking off from your previous persona

movies? no chance for any of them. there's a reason they became vtubers and not traditional streamers.

Worse artists have remained relevant, although she does have a good singing voice seen in Dark Hour, End of a Life and Scuffed Up Age (which almost sounds like a Western version of Utada Hikaru). It's hard to say though, I think the definition of entertainment is changing more than ever. The creator economy is still in its infancy but I think it's conceivable that there will be a few people who have full decades-long careers as online entertainers.

For me at this point it's clear that many of them will follow up to a singer career and you can see how for a few them this streaming job was just a very profitable stepping stone to that (Suisei, Aqua, Ayame) which established a loyal easy to please audience.
Now, really they're already making a fuck ton of money for a relatively easy calm job who already realized their dreams so there are also a few that either really love streaming and have declared to want to do this for as long as possible (Pekora, Miko)
or are just in a retirement golden tour without much intentions of leaving (Korone, Botan..., they're not grandmas but being women in the idol-ish industry your age in the career is usually really limited) but maybe like so many other older talentos you will see them in random tv variety shows in the future in a few years.

About voice work I have to say they do have the connections but it's a really really competitive market. Good seiyuus got to a fucking VA school to get good at it for a few years and they're celebs in their own right, with their own fanbase, concerts, tv appareances and merch.
So Holos would have less appeal as special VA than let's say in the west where they like to give important roles in animated movies to random popular celebs.
In Japan if they have to choose between a popular VA and a popular Holo they would choose the one dedicating her career to be good and prestigious at it.

Those that branched out into strengthening their brand instead of just streaming and those that have secondary incomes to Sypher from. Marine, Pekora, Korone, Botan are all respected advertisers. Suisei, Mori, Watame and maybe Towa are respected for their music. Noel has her asmr thing.
The smart chuubas should also get into investments to never run out of money but I doubt anyone does.
