Once Rushia's channel is terminated, can Cover still strike to take down clips of her if they want or will those videos be untouchable? Or is it still up to Rushia herself to take down those even if she's lost ownership of the character?

Pretty sure they do try if the channel is trying to push bad narratives/impressions of the members. Also the difference is that those fall into the roommate's responsibility not Cover, im talking of actual Rushia clips not ones done by her roommate. During Holofes they wiped her off some of the merch and ads when they could.

There's barely any Chris content and she's such a minor thing that like 90% fans don't know of her. Rushia's got a lot of content and had popularity. If for example, some clipper took some Rushia clips and edited them to make her look bad, would Cover still care in taking it down or does it not matter anymore how bad the Rushia character is made to look since they are eliminating her character? Also would they even be able to strike the channels if the source of the content are deleted?

depends really on how they will "close" rushia's account tomorrow. if it was an outright account deletion, archivers are free to reuplaod full VODs of her streams since Cover will lose the content ID's that they'll use to track illegal reuploads. if it's just a full privatization of the VODs, they can still strike mirrors since the content still technically exists.

i think Cover will do the latter since someone can potentially snipe Rushia's name for fraud reasons if they do it otherwise.

It's more of a waiting game, they need a solid case from multiple videos before taking it to court(because they can't really do it twice, so first try has to succeed)
