Honestly vtubers as an industry are simply not big enough and they will probably never be at most I can see some of the more popular girls like Marine, Pekora or Aqua getting invited to a live there, but Holofes or Nijifes at the Tokyo dome? Never
And it's not like they can put together some massive vtuber concert or something, because the biggest vtubers in the world refuses to Collab with males so it pretty much would just end up being Holofes+ a few extras.
But who knows, Bandai sponsored Aquacs sololive so maybe in very soon could a holo (probably Aqua or Sora) make a cameo if they ever do another massive live
