You get only one/ a few outside collabs granted per year, and for the rest of the time you have to stay in the gilded cage again and wait your turn.
Oh and that's maybe a better place to direct your anger at. Rather than pointlessly asking "why do our GIRLS only want to collab with these WHORES?!", ask why management is approving all these collabs with these dastardly vshojo whores in the first place? If HoloEN management had the same dislike of them as you, they could easily nip this in the bud if they wanted to. Apparently they don't, and don't see this like you do, but must think there's something worthwile businesswise in it to do them (for example, access to a big different untapped twitch audience or whatever - again, I'm not saying it's a "good" reason, I'm just trying to understand what their motives are for allowing this), and not approve collabs with other vtubers that are more pure, seiso or whatever to your liking. That is, when it's not just the simplest explanations - the HoloEN girls aren't actually all that interested in other vtubers, but genuinely like the vshojo girls (shocking, I know, to imagine the HoloEN girls don't all have the same based tastes and opinions as us 4channers, nah that can't be it).

Overall, Kiara talks only ocasionally about Pomu, and only for one or two minutes when it's topical (for example, commenting on a special stream, idol stuff, or a funny twitter interaction they had), within her long streams, so far from "constantly", and she's not "asking to collab" (there's no point in it anyway when it has been obvious for months that some higher-up behind the scenes stuff makes that impossible).
