It always strikes me as weird to come into threads like this and see holofags celebrating their big win when the people graduating probably had like a total of 2 people that even watched them regularly and frequent this board so there's not really a great deal of upset to nijisanji fans to begin with.

This is literally what I’ve been saying around when niji EN 2nd wave came around.

There are so many chuubas, not enough attention for them all, and eventually some will get kicked off the hill in exchange for newer ones.

Nijisanji is literally a game of king of the hill at this point. Just throwing in waves of talentless individuals isn’t going to bring you to hololive’s scale.

Holo has some shitty practices too but atleast they space debuts out to give talents air to breathe and build dedicated fans.

You're a fucking retard if you think HoloKR would be a better idea. EN males have way more fucking potential then KR memetubers, Korea's streaming scene is pretty much closed off and it would be equivalent to trying to actually start a Holo India. ENstars is 100% guaranteed to be more successful than HoloKR and that's being incredibly kind because it would take a consistent 200+ viewers to be more successful. Hell 200 is being too generous.

HoloKR would be an interesting experiment, considering a big reason why NijiKR struggles is that their potential korean audiences view them as traitors to the country for being under the umbrella of a japanese corpo. The livers there stay afloat mainly because many of them pander to the nips. One can only wonder if Hololive's brand power would help HoloKR overcome that stigma, or lead to them failing and turning into HoloJP/EN Lite.

JP management is mostly fine (although far from perfect) these days
ID has never had anything but good things to say about their staff
And EN staff have had some screw ups, but again mostly positive stuff
Interestingly, while both ID and KR had local management, EN seems to have been managed from Japan from the start. Which I guess is a good sign for ID and KR post-merger.

For NijiJP, lots of livers from all walks of life, doing workloads of anywhere between full-time streamer and occasional hobbyist, filling all sorts of niches. For NijiKR, they were a mismanaged korean black company before Ichikara/Anycolor bought them out. Not much was done about the mismanagement until the recent merger. Koreans still give them the stink-eye over this. NijiKR members have been graduating either because of the awful management, or because they don't want to continue under the direct management of the japanese main branch.
