Ive also cleaned some midgets on the lower end, and ill remove all the march debuts who dont keep up next.
Since every company decided to debut their vtubers at the end of the month, i just added them all. The only criteria to include or not someone as parentheses inactive rank was if they had majority of rare buff streams for the month. Ill keep them for the next month and then remove all those who become a midget.
Since there are so many new debuts, they are pushing most of the mid and even some high ranks down.
