Flare went up for preoder in December and isn't out until November and if you buy from amiami they won't charge you until it ships so you can preorder it and then save up the money.
If you use Good Smile Company they often have exclusives like accessories or faceplates and they won't charge you right away if you use a credit or debit card but if you use paypal they'll charge you immediately so be careful.
If not you can pick it up second hand from amiami, mandarake, or buyee once it's out. I don't know how fast or how popular these will be. I'll be watching for Rushia's though once it's out in June but she might be an outlier for obvious reasons.
