It makes sense too that they don't stream that much because they have more self-imposed responsibilities than just being streamers. If anything, they're closer to content creators than just mere streamers... and that's exactly what I want in my vtubers.
Council is great too. Debut Council were much better streamers than Debut Myth, they compliment Myth and bridge with the English-speaking HoloID branch. Granted Mori talks to Ollie and Kiara talks to Reine, but their friendships seldom translate to actual on-stream collabs but Council actually collabs with HoloID. I greatly appreciate Mumei interacting with Anya, she needs more love. They're more "approachable" and almost always available, making them an interesting contrast to Myth. I'm sure they'll grow in their own ways in the future too.
I know it sounds like I'm comparing Council a lot, but they're very social gen and thus my opinion of them is in-relation to other holos.
