Another 25-30% are casuals at best. They're VOD watchers or just pop in for a bit then leave.
If we're being simple with the math that means Mori has AT BEST just under a million people who actually care about her streams (and likely a lot less, since the above numbers are skewing low).
That would mean about a 4% turnout for the people who theoretically care. It's low, but not disappointingly low for a stream that happened when your largest fanbase is asleep.
