For me:
Astel, Izuru, Fuma, Rio, and Uyu all fit body type #1
Miyabi is somewhere between 1 and 2 (minus the musculature)
Rikka, Shien, and Temma are somewhere between 2 and 3 (Rikka and Shien closer to 2, Temma closer to 3)
Roberu's probably as wide as #3 but at most as muscular as #2
Considering Rio says Gamma is pretty big, I'd say he's probably close to 3 as well
Aruran and Oga are definitely 4 (although Oga tends to be drawn a bit slender by his own artist)
