All we can reasonably conclude is that the talent pool for HomostarsEN auditions is struggling to reach whatever amount Cover wants for HomostarsEN more than the talent pool for HoloEN3 auditions is struggling to reach whatever amount Cover wants for HoloEN3. We can't even be sure that those amounts are the same, it could be a 3-person StarsEN gen, it could be 4 or 5, it could be they have a higher standard for StarsEN, it could be they have a lower standard.
