Everyone touts fair use but fair use is actually rather strict and meant for criticism, not just rebroadcasting the game as it is. And even if you think your usage falls under fair use, you have to defend yourself using that in court, and likely won't make it that far because it costs buttloads of money to defend yourself against a major corporation.
There's always cases of people suddenly getting struck by companies who decided they're gonna stop turning a blind eye and for a company whose entire income is based on that it's very risky.
