Maybe it's because my reps aren't good enough, but when watching an EN member the SC's I see whizzing by are 100% worse than what I remember noticing in a JP stream. Until I see and english language SC which pretty much affirms my previous observation.
But they help subsidize my entertainment, so I suppose I shouldn't be too harsh.
